Ali Sultan has a diverse professional background in information technology and customer service, currently serving as an Information Technology Service Desk professional at EHSUAE since November 2022. Previously, Ali worked as an Asset Management Engineer at CNS Middle East and held roles in telesales, customer service, and sales at various companies including Green Candles, Syriatel Mobile Telecom, and Global Store. Ali began a career in data entry with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from Jami't Al-Ba'ath, earned in June 2021.
