Elizabeth Takacs

Elizabeth Takacs has extensive experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Elizabeth is currently the Head of People Operations at ei3 : Industrial Internet Intelligence, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at ELERBAR HR Solutions, LLC from January 2022. Additionally, Elizabeth has a solid background in volunteer work, having served as a Volunteer at Keep Rockland Beautiful Inc since November 2022, and at SLOATSBURG FOOD PANTRY INC in 2021. Before entering the HR field, they gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at HealthSTAR Communications-Centron & HealthSTAR Public Relations from June 2007 to October 2007, and at Draftfcb from June 2003 to June 2007. Elizabeth began their career as an HR Assistant at Calyon Financial (formerly Carr Futures) in 2001 and later worked as a Flexible Spending/Enrollment Coordinator at SIEBA LIMITED from April 1998 to May 2000.

Elizabeth Takacs completed their education with an A.A.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Broome Community College in 1994. Elizabeth then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a concentration in HR, from Binghamton University School of Management between 1994 and 1996. Afterward, they continued their education at the same institution, obtaining an MBA in Leadership from the Binghamton University School of Management from 1999 to 2001.
