Elena Garda

Elena Garda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Elena began their career in 2009 as a Front Desk Clerk at Xanterra Parks & Resorts, where they participated in the Work and Travel student program and gained experience in customer service and teamwork. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Publishing Manager at Red Carpet Edizioni srl.

In 2013, Elena joined Eidosmedia as an Office Manager, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they successfully managed the company's events and collaborated with teams globally to boost employee engagement. Elena also developed and led the company's internal communication strategy, incorporating PR, marketing, and online platforms.

In 2022, Elena was promoted to the role of Employer Branding and Communication Manager at Eidosmedia, where they further contributed to enhancing the employer brand and communication efforts. In 2023, they assumed the position of Employer Branding, Training & Internal Communication Manager, responsible for managing training initiatives and internal communication.
