Valeria Benassi

Valeria Benassi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position was as the Global Head of HR - People and Culture at Eidosmedia, a role they have held since May 2019. In addition, they volunteer as an Inspiring Mentor at Young Women Network since May 2020. Valeria previously worked at AMPIAMENTE as an Executive HR Consultant, Certified Coach, SEI Assessor, Certified VS Consultant, Trainer, and Facilitator. Valeria also served as the Human Resources Director at Verisure Securitas Direct from June 2016 to May 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Anritsu A/S, including the Global HR Manager for SBU6 and MBC (then NIBU Europe) from October 2010 to May 2016, and Manager of Operations and HR from August 2003 to October 2010. Before joining Anritsu, they worked at NetTest A/S as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2002 to 2003. Valeria began their career at FAO as an Assistant to the Vice President from 2001 to 2002 and also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Hard Rock Cafe from 2000 to 2002.
