Leila Ouamara

Leila Ouamara is a professional with extensive experience in training and human resources management, currently serving as Responsable Formation DOP at Eiffage Rail since February 2020 and Chargée de Formation at Eiffage Energie since September 2013. At Eiffage Energie, responsibilities include the development and oversight of training plans and budgets, organization of training activities, financial management of training actions, and advising both managers and employees. Previous roles include HR Assistant at Natixis and Assistante Formation at CESI, as well as experience in HR and training support at SNCF. Leila Ouamara holds a BTS degree from Lycée Racine, completed between 2006 and 2008.
