Tristan Jean-Francois

Tristan Jean-Francois is a seasoned project director with extensive experience in the railway sector. Currently serving as Directeur projet at Eiffage Rail since September 2022, Tristan previously held managerial roles at Equans France, including INEO RAIL, where responsibilities included project direction and system integration for the TER de DAKAR project. Prior to this, Tristan contributed to ENGIE Ineo as Pilote Projet systèmes ferroviaires, overseeing critical project management tasks. Tristan's early career included significant roles at ETF and Alstom, leading large-scale projects such as the construction of the Ligne à Grande Vitesse Sud Europe Atlantique and the tramway in Constantine, Algeria. Tristan holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
