Marie Samec

Marie Samec has over a decade of experience in leadership and community engagement within various organizations, particularly in the church and social advocacy sectors. Currently serving as the Church Council Leader at Trinity United Methodist Church since January 2023, Marie also holds multiple positions within United Women in Faith as the Social Action and Education & Interpretation Mission Coordinator. Additionally, Marie has been active as Advocate for human trafficking victims at Trinity's Human Trafficking Committee since 2012 and has contributed as a Program Planner for the PrimeTime Institute, which focuses on educational programs for seniors. With a foundational education from institutions such as the University of Florida and Santa Fe College, Marie emphasizes outreach and advocacy in all endeavors.
