Krisy Lee

Krisy Lee has extensive work experience in various legal and compliance roles. Krisy currently holds the position of Vice President and Compliance Counsel at EIG. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director of Legal and Compliance at ACON Investments, L.L.C. from 2016 to 2022.

Before joining ACON Investments, Krisy was employed by MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. as an Associate Counsel from 2012 to 2016. Krisy also worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Customer Service Representative in 2011.

Earlier in their career, Krisy served as a Law Clerk Intern at the New Jersey State Judiciary in 2011 and at the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in 2010. Krisy gained experience as a Law Clerk at Baginski, Mezzanotte, Hasson & Rubinate from 2009 to 2010.

Additionally, Krisy worked as a Legislative Intern at the Massachusetts State House in 2009. Krisy started their career in the financial services industry, specifically in audit, working as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte from 2006 to 2008 and as an Audit Intern at Deloitte & Touche in 2005.

Krisy Lee graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2011 with a Juris Doctor degree. Prior to that, they attended Suffolk University Law School from 2008 to 2009. Krisy also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing from La Salle University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
