David leads customer success globally out of the company’s New York office. He has over 30 years of experience working at the interface between financial services and technology, for companies such as NICE Actimize, Fortent, Merril Lynch, and Oracle Mantas. Prior to Eigen, David was VP of Customer Success at Symphony AyasdiAI and was also previously Head of the NA Financial Crimes Practice at Capgemini. David has a BSc in Economics from the City University of New York at Queens College.
