Roli Sanghi

Roli Sanghi, also known as Carolina, currently serves as the Head of HR for India and South East Asia at Eight Roads. Roli has held significant leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as Director and Vice President of HR at True North Co., and leading Leadership Talent Acquisition at Flipkart. Roli began a career in HR as an Associate Principal at TRANSEARCH and also worked as Principal Consultant at Reflexion Inc in India. Roli holds an MBA in HR and Finance from the Army Institute of Management, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta, completed in 1995.
