The role

The Eight Sleep Ambassador will represent Eight Sleep and our #sleepfitness mission in the Germany, increasing local relevance and deepening our footprint within the region.

The expected number of hours per week is roughly 10 hours.

How you’ll contribute

• Seed key opinion leaders focused on business development and organic social content
• Identify and establish partnerships with local clubs and organizations
• Run physical product activations, showcasing Pod 4 Ultra at events, shops, clubs and others
• Identify and execute local sports events partnerships
• Champion sleep fitness in editorial interviews
• Support local white-glove installations
• Onboard affiliate partners in the region
• Present the product at selected events
• Analyze campaign results and learnings, reporting to leadership team the impact on the business

What you need to succeed

• Deep knowledge and network within the region
• Passionate about sleep & recovery as fundamental way to pursue a healthy lifestyle
• Experience working in Marketing or Business Development
• High-intensity, resourceful, and ability to move fast with highly effective initiatives
• Great understanding across different sports disciplines
• Top-notch relationship development and management skills
• Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up
• A great communicator with a positive and energetic attitude, with a strong desire to get things done and grow the business
