Tu Nguyen

Tu Nguyen serves as the Head of Legal at Eightcap since January 2022, contributing to the company being recognized as Broker of the Year 2023 at the Global Forex Awards. With extensive experience in the legal field, Tu has previously worked as Legal Counsel at Programmed, where services included staffing and facility management across multiple industries in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, Tu held positions as a Lawyer in Corporate/M&A at K&L Gates, Associate at HFW, and Lawyer at Watsons Lawyers. Early professional experience includes roles at Computershare Investor Services and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Academically, Tu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) (B.Com.) from the University of Adelaide, along with additional qualifications in practice management and management.
