Riley Wilson

Riley Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in guardianship and trust administration. Currently serving as a Guardianship Compliance Investigator and Administrator at Clark County Courts since November 2015, Riley has a strong background in legal and fiduciary roles. Prior to this, Riley was a VP and Senior Trust Officer at Wells Fargo Bank N.A., overseeing ongoing trusts and making key discretionary decisions based on client needs. Earlier career experience includes working as an Attorney at Bangs McCullen Law Firm, where estate planning, probate, and trust reform were primary responsibilities, along with representation in court. Riley's foundational experience in customer service began at Convergys. Educational qualifications include a JD/LLM in Law and Tax from the University of Denver and a JD from the University of Idaho, complemented by a BS in History from Southern Utah University and a CTFA from the Wells Fargo Fiduciary Graduate Program.
