Julie Faris

Julie Faris has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Julie started their career at Hays in 2003 as a Senior Manager, where they worked until 2005. Julie then joined Hill McGlynn as a Regional Director for the Middle East from 2006 to 2009. Following that, Julie became the Managing Director International at KOBALTT, an international recruitment consultancy specializing in the global Construction & Property markets, from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Chais Talent as a Partner. Currently, Julie is the Global Strategic Partnerships Director at Eight Inc., responsible for strategic partnerships and new business development across their global portfolio.
