Jermaine Mckenzie is a Quality Assurance Specialist at EIHAB Human Services, Inc., where responsibilities include analyzing group home compliance and developing corrective action plans to mitigate deficiencies, alongside conducting investigative work. Prior experience includes a position as a Manufacturing Operator at Roche, focusing on quality checks and adherence to safety and manufacturing regulations.
