Dave Dietz

Dave Dietz has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Dave is currently the President and CEO of EIIA since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at GuideOne Insurance from 2017 to 2022, holding various leadership roles including Senior Vice President - Core Commercial Lines, Vice President - Marketing and Communications, and Senior Vice President - Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations. Before joining GuideOne Insurance, they were with State Auto Financial Corp / RTW, Inc. from 2002 to 2017, where they served as Vice President - Commercial Lines. At State Auto Financial Corp / RTW, Inc., they were responsible for overseeing multiple functional areas, including underwriting, sales, and marketing. Dave also contributed to the establishment of a fee-for-service business providing unbundled TPA and nurse case management services. Prior to that, they worked at Benfield as a Senior Vice President - Technical Sales and at EBI Companies as a Branch Vice President.

Dave Dietz earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they attended from 1985 to 1989.
