Trude Sæther Hansen

Trude Sæther Hansen is currently working at Eika as Konserndirektør Mennesker | EVP People, where Trude Sæther oversees HR, administration, and education, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing employees. Trude Sæther also leads the Bank business area, responsible for delivering products, services, and expertise to the Sparebankene in Alliansen. Trude is also a Boardmember at Aktiv Eiendomsmegling and has previous experience in cash management at Telenor ASA and Danske Bank. Trude Sæther holds a degree in Strategy from the Norwegian School of Economics and has additional certifications in Project Management and International Cash Management.
