Senior Staff Statistical Programmer at Eikon Therapeutics

Dana Aeschliman has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to statistical programming and biostatistics. Dana is currently working as a Senior Staff Statistical Programmer at Eikon Therapeutics since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at GCE Solutions Inc. and IQVIA from November 2018 to October 2021 as an Associate Director in the Center for Statistics in Drug Development, where they specialized in writing backend R code and collaborating with international teams for adaptive trial design.

Before joining GCE Solutions Inc., Dana held the position of Senior Biostatistician at Chiltern International (Canada) and Covance from March 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for writing statistical analysis plans (SAPs) and serving as a liaison between programming teams and clients. Dana also served on a Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) and acted as a liaison for several others.

From 2013 to 2017, Dana worked as a Business Intelligence Statistician at Les Technologies Seedbox Inc., where they played a crucial role in transitioning the company towards data-driven decision making. Dana conducted research and development for the PCI group and assisted in various aspects of the company's operations.

Before that, Dana worked at the Statistical Genetics Research Group at the Heart Institute of Montreal from 2006 to 2007 as a Biostatistician. Dana worked on solving open problems in the field of statistical genetics and collaborated on SNP association studies.

Dana started their career as a Biostatistician at CHARLES RIVERS LABORATORIES from January 2006 to September 2006. Dana then worked as a Statistician at the University of British Columbia from 2003 to 2005, where they developed software for researchers in high-throughput molecular biology.

Dana's career began in 1988 as a math teacher in the Peace Corps, where they provided teaching services for two years.
