Leonie Yang

Leonie Yang is a marketing administrator at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice Calgary since October 2022, where responsibilities include guiding strategic marketing decisions through sales analysis, managing a loyalty program, conducting customer lifecycle analysis to boost customer satisfaction, and fostering communication with internal and external partners. Concurrently, Leonie has served as a sales associate at EILEEN FISHER, INC., since June 2021, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complaints. Previous experience includes roles as a cafe attendant at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, an account representative at Heytahai Corporation, a teaching assistant at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, and a front desk agent at Now Taipei Hostel. Leonie holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature from Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, complemented by international study experiences in Germany.
