Ana Martinez Rogers

Ana Martinez Rogers has over 25 years of work experience. Ana is currently the Head of Strategic Partnerships for Europe and Americas at EIP Limited since 2022. From 2015 to 2022, Ana worked as the Business Development Lead for Europe at Assurant. Prior to that, they were the Business Development Manager for Personal Lines in Iberia at Chubb from 2013 to 2015. Ana also has experience in various roles at GE Capital, including Asset Management Leader for Iberia and European Remarketing Leader. Ana was also a Certified MBB Project Manager during their time at GE Capital. Ana began their career at MMC Marsh & McLennan Companies as a New Business Development professional. Ana has also worked at Adaptis Limited as a Client Relationship Manager & Trainer, and at AON as a Sales Account Manager. Ana started their career at GE Capital Warranty Services as a Call Centre Manager.

Ana Martinez Rogers obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lincoln from 1992 to 1996. Ana also completed a program for Management Development (PDD) in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School in 2009. In addition, they completed their first year in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 1991-1992. Ana also holds a certification in Master Black Belt 6Sigma from GE Capital, obtained in 2004.
