Dr Sebastian Fuchs

Dr. Sebastian Fuchs is an experienced attorney specializing in patent litigation and intellectual property law, currently serving as Managing Associate at EIP since August 2020. Prior roles include Senior Associate at Bird & Bird, where Dr. Fuchs worked from April 2016 to June 2020, including a secondment in Singapore. Dr. Fuchs has garnered extensive legal training with multiple firms and institutions, including the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Münster and the Second State Exam in Law, also from the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf.
