Jerome Spaargaren

Jerome Spaargaren is a seasoned professional in the intellectual property sector, currently serving as the Founder of EIP, an international firm of patent attorneys and litigators, since October 2000. In addition to this role, Jerome is a Co-Founder of Patently, established in 2016. Jerome's prior experience includes serving as Director at Yogogo Ltd, where Jerome co-founded the company, invented, and managed its intellectual property until its acquisition by Qualcomm in 2011. Jerome also held positions as Partner and Associate at RGC Jenkins & Co from 1995 to 2000 and trained as a Patent Attorney at Bailey Walsh & Co. LLP from 1992 to 1995. Educational qualifications include an MA in Physics from the University of Oxford and earlier studies at Ysgol Aberconwy, Hale School, and Lake Gwelup Primary.
