Naomi Walsh

Naomi Walsh has a strong background in audit and risk management. Naomi is currently working as the Head of Internal Audit at EirGrid since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Internal Audit Manager at permanent tsb from March 2018 to January 2022. Naomi also worked as a Senior Internal Auditor and in Operational Risk - Business Controls Assurance at permanent tsb from August 2017 to March 2018, and from December 2016 to August 2017, respectively. Earlier in their career, Naomi worked at PwC as an Audit Risk & Quality Senior Specialist from January 2013 to December 2016. Additionally, they serve as an Audit and Risk Committee Member at Joint Allocation Office (JAO SA) since March 2023.

Naomi Walsh has pursued an education in different fields. Naomi completed the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) program offered by ACCA. Naomi also obtained a Professional Diploma in Leading Cultural Change and Ethical Behaviour in Financial Services (LIB) from the IOB. In addition, Naomi Walsh obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc Honours) in Architectural Technology from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
