Aiga Romane

Aiga Romane has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development and project management.

Starting in 2006, Romane worked at Exigen Services Latvia, initially as a Programmer and later as a Team Leader. From April 2012 to September 2015, they served as a Project Manager at the same company.

In 2011, Romane also worked as a Lead Software Engineer at the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Latvia.

Most recently, Romane has been working at EIS Group Ltd since October 2015. Aiga began as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Lead Developer. Currently, Romane holds the position of Project Development Manager.

Throughout their career, Romane has gained extensive experience in software development, project management, and team leadership.

Aiga Romane completed their education at Latvijas Universitate, where they pursued a Diploma of first-level professional higher education in Software Engineering from 2005 to 2007. Aiga later obtained a Bachelor (honours degree) in Software Engineering from the same institution between 2007 and 2009. Aiga then pursued further studies in Software Engineering at Latvijas Universitate, earning a Master (honours degree) from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in May 2013, the PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner from APMG-International in June 2012, and the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate from APMG-International in March 2012.
