Ellis Conway

Ellis Conway has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2018 to the present, Ellis worked at EIS Ltd as a Senior Business Architect. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, Ellis worked at GEICO, where they participated in the Emerging Leaders Program and rotated through primary operational areas, identifying business opportunities and coaching associates and supervisors on leadership and change management. Ellis also served as an Auto Damage Supervisor, where they achieved significant improvements in team ranking, cost control, and fraud payments. Additionally, Ellis worked as a Business Planning Coordinator, Lead Coordinator for the GEICO Internship Program, and Customer Service Supervisor at GEICO.

Before their time at GEICO, Ellis worked as an Assistant Marketing Director and Operations Supervisor at The Village Inns of Blowing Rock from 2011 to 2014. They also had an internship with The Walt Disney Company in 2012, where they worked in Store Operations as part of the Disney College Program.

Earlier in their career, Ellis held various positions including Office Assistant at H2H Installed Solutions in 2010, Cashier at Kmart Corporation in 2010, Cashier/Cash Manager at Centerplate in 2010, and Shift Manager/Supervisor at Dollar Depot Plus More from 2006 to 2010.

Ellis Conway obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Appalachian State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification in I-CAR Pro Level 1 from I-CAR in November 2016.
