Graham Edmunds

Graham Edmunds has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Graham is currently working at EIS Ltd as a Support Operations Manager, where they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead SupportOps Engineer at the same company from April 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining EIS Ltd, Graham worked as an IT Support Engineer (Tier 1) at PFH Technology Group from March 2021 to April 2022, where they provided coaching, guidance, and assistance to customers with a range of IT-related requests.

Graham also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at eir Ireland from September 2020 to March 2021.

In addition, Graham has experience as a Production Operator at ILC Dover from April 2020 to August 2020 and as a Support Analyst at Park Place Technologies from May 2019 to February 2020.

Prior to these roles, they served as a Helpdesk Analyst at Ipes (Now part of Apex Group Ltd) from June 2018 to April 2019.

Before transitioning to IT roles, Graham gained valuable customer service experience. Graham worked at Amazon for an extended period, starting as an Amazon Seller Support representative from September 2013 to June 2018. During this time, they assisted sellers with various issues and was trained as an ILAC specialist. Graham also had a role as an Interim Seller Support Associate Advisor from December 2014 to March 2015, where they gained experience in people management and handling escalations.

Additionally, Graham worked in sales roles. Graham was involved in Airtricity Business to Business Sales at SSE Airtricity from March 2013 to August 2013, where they created energy packages and maintained relationships with businesses. Graham was also a Senior Sales Advisor at Meteor from January 2012 to August 2012, utilizing their sales skills. Lastly, Graham worked at Sky as a Customer Service Agent from September 2012 to March 2013, where they handled customer upgrades and cancellations.

Graham Edmunds completed their Leaving Cert at Carraig Na bhFear from 2004 to 2010. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Compliance from the International Compliance Association, specializing in Business Compliance.
