Liana Bekish

Liana Bekish has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Liana is currently working as a People Partner at EIS Ltd since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at EIS Group Belarus from March 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining EIS Group Belarus, Liana worked at Intetics from May 2016 to February 2020, where they served as a People Partner. Liana'sresponsibilities included supporting various aspects of human resources management such as employee engagement, performance, retention, and onboarding. Liana also played a role in supporting performance review processes.

Liana also has experience as an HR Manager at Intetics from September 2014 to April 2016. In this role, they conducted searches for potential candidates, communicated and counseled hiring managers, and built professional relationships with candidates.

Prior to Intetics, Liana worked at Kadrovoye agentstvo XXI Vek-KONSALT as a Lead Consultant in the Department of Personnel Management and Recruiting from January 2012 to September 2014. Liana'sresponsibilities included complex recruiting, executive search, and HR consulting.

Liana began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Consulting Center "Erudite" from November 2010 to December 2011. In this role, they established and developed business relationships with clients, clarified their recruitment needs, and planned the recruitment process.

Liana Bekish has a diverse education history. Liana started their education journey in 2005 and completed it in 2010 at the BGPU im.M.Tanka, where they received a degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and Practical Psychology. In 2019, Liana enrolled in the Agency of Vera Shakoi to pursue training in Motivation and Employee Engagement. In the same year, they also attended Mike Pritula for a course in HR Management in the IT industry.

Continuing their education, Liana attended Mike Pritula from 2017 to 2018 and completed a course in People Management. Additionally, they took training in Effective Negotiation in the Recruitment Process at the Agency of Vera Shakoi. In 2019, Liana further expanded their knowledge at Mike Pritula by completing courses in HR Business Partnering and HR Management.

In 2020, Liana attended Laba, where they studied Motivation Management in a company. Looking ahead, they plan to enroll in the Mike Pritula Academy in 2022 for a course in People Partnering.
