Martin Cooks is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Martin began their career as a Patient Services Assistant at the University of Michigan Health System in 2010, where they gathered and verified patient information and collected payments. Martin later worked as an Assistant Office Manager at Family Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry, handling front desk duties, scheduling, and insurance verification.

In 2011, Martin joined the American Red Cross as a Volunteer Resource Intern, where they maintained a volunteer master list and performed background checks. Martin then served as a Community Economic Development Volunteer in the Peace Corps, managing an orphanage and overseeing funds.

Martin transitioned to the corporate sector as a Media Analyst at PRIME Research, conducting media analysis for clients such as General Motors and Chrysler. Martin later worked at LARE Marketing as a Business Development Intern, where they researched integration methods for accounting software and improved financial documentation.

From 2016 to 2021, Martin held multiple positions at Palladium: Make It Possible, including Financial Management Analyst, Financial Management Associate, and Financial Management Manager. In these roles, they compiled and presented financial reports, managed budget reviews, and ensured compliance with contracting regulations.

Currently, Martin works at EIS Ltd as a Financial Planning Analyst, where they are responsible for creating SaaS and IP pricing templates and calculating sales commission payments. Martin also designs sales compensation plans and protects the company from unfavorable opportunities.

Martin Cooks obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Washtenaw Community College between 2005 and 2007. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Eastern Michigan University from 2007 to 2009. Later, Martin completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Competitive and Organizational Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School between 2014 and 2016.
