Nikita B.

Nikita B. has a strong background in Java development, with significant experience in leadership roles. They began their career in 2003 as a Java Developer at EPAM Systems and later joined Exigen Services in 2009 as a Senior Java Developer. In 2013, they joined EIS Group Ltd as a Lead Java Developer, where they led the Presales team in pioneering new features and improving the development and delivery process. They were later promoted to the role of Director of Sales Solution Engineering. Throughout their career, Nikita B. has been recognized for their contributions, winning awards such as "Best team of the year 2010" and "Best team of the year 2017". Their responsibilities have included requirements gathering, backlog creation, architecture development, module delivery, code reviews, team supervision, and technical support.

Nikita B. completed their education at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
