Virgilijus Šniokaitis

Virgilijus Šniokaitis has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry. Virgilijus began their career at Exigen Services in 2007 as a Junior Test Specialist, where they executed test cases and collaborated with the software development team to analyze and diagnose defects. Virgilijus then advanced to the role of Test Specialist, where they frequently collaborated with other QA team members and analyzed requirements to ensure the highest quality in testing. In 2011, Virgilijus transitioned to the role of IT Business Analyst, where they prepared and maintained business and technical requirement specifications and traveled to foreign countries to gather customer requirements. In 2014, they joined EIS Group Lietuva as a Senior Business Analyst, coordinating complex requirements development and planning and managing work from initial request to implementation. Currently, Virgilijus is working at EIS Group Ltd as a Lead Business Analyst, generating complex solutions and defining requirements that meet business needs, while applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Virgilijus Šniokaitis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Vilnius University from 2005 to 2009. Virgilijus also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2014.
