Lonnie Wen

Lonnie Wen is an experienced leader in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and real-world evidence (RWE), currently serving as the Director of U.S. HEOR & RWE at Eisai US since April 2020. In this role, Lonnie Wen develops strategies to demonstrate the value of oncology products to payers and healthcare professionals, facilitates communication of complex HEOR and RWE data to decision-makers, and engages in collaborative research. Previously, Lonnie Wen held the position of Deputy Director at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from January 2013 to April 2020 and served as Director of US Regional Outcomes Research in Oncology at Pfizer from May 2004 to January 2013, where responsibilities included conducting research and delivering presentations to stakeholders. Earlier, as Clinical Education Manager at Pfizer, Lonnie provided education and pharmacoeconomic support, and as a Research Fellow at the Veterans Evidence-based Research Dissemination and Implementation Center, conducted research on diabetes and healthcare utilization.
