Richard Broughton MBA

Richard Broughton MBA has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Richard began their career in 2002 as a Key Account Manager (North Sea) and Bid Manager Offshore Pipelines for Corus. In 2006, they joined Tata Steel as Commercial Manager Exploration & Production, Commercial Manager Pipelines & Petrochemical, Commercial Lead for Offshore Renewables (secondment), and Sales Manager Europe & North Africa. In 2016, they became Company Director for BSR Pipeline Services Limited. In 2018, they founded and became Managing Partner of Bright Trees Consultants Ltd, and in 2020 they became Trustee and Non-Executive Director for Cerebral Palsy Sport. In 2022, they founded and became Managing Partner of Chimera Advisory.

Richard Broughton holds an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, which they earned between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDip in Management Studies from De Montfort University between 2001 and 2003. Richard also attended Kingswood Comprehensive from 1985 to 1990.
