Thomas Schmidt

Thomas Schmidt is a seasoned professional in intellectual property law, currently serving as a Patentanwalt and European Patent Attorney at Eisenführ Speiser since 2019. With prior experience in the Federal Patent Court and the German Patent and Trademark Office from 2011 to 2019, Thomas honed expertise in patent law. Additionally, a background as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Roche from 2009 to 2011 involved the development of purification processes for biologics. Thomas holds a Dr.-ing. degree in Biotechnology from RWTH Aachen University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
