Alyssa D. Randolph began their work experience in 2012 as a Tournament Director at the American Junior Golf Association. Alyssa D. then took on the role of Regional Manager, South Central in 2015. In 2017, they joined IMG as a Senior Director, where they planned and executed the LPGA's first major championship with Chevron U.S.A. In 2022, they became the Director of Donor Engagement & Events at Eisenhower Health.

Alyssa D. Randolph obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications & Corporate Relations, with an emphasis in Public Relations & Reputation Management, from the University of Mississippi (2010-2013). Prior to that, they pursued Economics at the University of Kentucky (2009-2010), where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.
