Mary Kit

Mary Kit has extensive experience in decision support and financial planning roles. Mary has worked as the Director of Decision Support and Financial Planning at Eisenhower Medical Center since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director At Large at K. Hovnanians Four Seasons at Westshore LLC from 2021 to 2022. Mary was also the Manager of Decision Support Services at UC Davis Health System from 2016 to 2022.

Before that, Mary held various leadership positions in decision support at organizations such as Stanford HealthCare - ValleyCare, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Caritas Christi, St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Saint Francis Hospital, and Cooley Dickenson Hospital. Mary'sroles included responsibilities such as budget development, financial reporting, cost accounting, and development of advanced decision support systems. Mary has a strong background in analyzing financial and clinical data to support strategic planning, productivity, and performance improvement.

Mary Kit earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management & Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1982. Mary continued their education at the same university and completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management in 1985.
