Steven Alley has extensive experience in healthcare management and administration. Steven began their career as an Associate Consultant at Meaghan Jared Partners, where they provided consulting services for academic healthcare organizations. Steven then transitioned to a role as Manager of Surgical Clinics at Group Health Cooperative, overseeing various surgical practices and support services. At Virginia Mason Medical Center, Steven served as Manager of Specialty Services, leading multiple medical practices and overseeing the design and operation of new facilities. Steven later joined Swedish Medical Center as Director of Perioperative Services, where they successfully increased operating room utilization and surgeon satisfaction. Most recently, Steven held the position of Administrative Director of Surgical Service Lines at Seattle Children's. Steven is currently employed as the Associate Vice President of Surgical Services at Eisenhower Health. Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated an ability to optimize operational efficiency, improve financial profitability, and drive organizational growth.

Steven Alley has a diverse education history. Steven obtained a Project Management Certification from the University of Washington in 2002. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1985 and 1987. Steven also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the University of Michigan, which they obtained between 1982 and 1985. In addition to these academic achievements, Steven Alley has obtained additional certifications, including being board certified through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (CMPE) and being certified as a Medical Practice Executive by the American College of Medical Practice Executives in 2005.
