Henry Grippa

Henry Grippa is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in high-frequency trading and algorithmic execution. Currently serving as the Head of HFT Tech at Eisler Capital since December 2021, Grippa previously held significant roles at Citi, where responsibilities included leading a team of quantitative developers and enhancing the FX eTrading technology stack. Prior experience includes serving as the FX eCommerce Tech Lead at Credit Suisse and holding various positions at Arctic Lake Solutions LLP, Sun Microsystems, and Borland, focusing on developing and optimizing trading platforms and system components. Grippa holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Saint Petersburg State University and a PhD in Computer Science from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University.
