Tom Fowler

Tom Fowler, EI has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from Eastern Florida State College. Tom has extensive experience in the construction industry, with roles such as Quality Control Engineer, QA/QC Manager, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Field Engineer, and Crew Foreman. Tom's experience includes overseeing crews for various construction projects including residential and commercial concrete foundations, floorslabs, and block wall construction.
