Deniz Ficicioglu

Deniz Ficicioglu is a notable entrepreneur and innovator in the food industry, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of BettaF!sh since February 2020. With a focus on sustainable food innovation, Deniz leverages seaweed to create nutrient-dense ingredients, promoting food security and healthier diets. As a Co-Founder of Oceanfruit since January 2019, Deniz has earned multiple awards for developing plant-forward seafood alternatives. Deniz's commitment to sustainability extends to experience as a Jury Member for the Innovationsprogramm für Geschäftsmodelle und Pionierlösungen at the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz.
