Pauline Lindwall is a Swedish business executive who has held several positions on the boards of major companies. Pauline is currently a board member at EIT Food.
Lindwall began their career at Nestlé S.A., where they spent 15 years in various marketing and business management roles. In 2001, they were promoted to Country Business Manager for Nutrition Germany and Austria, and in 2006 they became Nordic Marketing Manager for Coffee & Beverages Denmark and Sweden.
In 2012, Lindwall left Nestlé to join Mondelez as Category Director for Coffee France and Southern Europe. During their three-year tenure at Mondelez, they were responsible for a business turnover of 800 million euros.
In 2015, Lindwall left Mondelez to join Stora Enso as a Senior Advisor. In this role, they were responsible for creating and implementing a best-in-class product management organisation across the Stora Enso Group.
Lindwall has also served on the boards of Swedish Match, Lantmännen, and McKesson Europe AG.
Pauline Lindwall has a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the University of Växjö, a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Warwick, and a Master of Business Administration from IMD.
