Ander Mont

Ander Mont is an accomplished professional with a strong background in innovation and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as an Innovation & Business Officer at EIT Manufacturing, Ander focuses on enhancing manufacturing efficiency and sustainability for European corporates while facilitating market access for industrial startups. Previously, as a Co-Founder and Project Manager at SOLID, Ander demonstrated leadership and product development skills, alongside experience in customer relations and business validation. Additional roles include UX/UI Research at PLASK, where user insights were gathered for market adaptation, and Product Design and Business Development at Interaktell, which involved strategic branding and prototype development.
