Gala Maturana

Gala Maturana currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Development and Innovation for EIT Manufacturing, where responsibilities include leading initiatives that enhance competitiveness and sustainability within the European manufacturing industry. Maturana has held various roles at EIT Manufacturing, focusing on supporting innovative startups, fostering collaborations, and developing strategic partnerships. In addition to this role, Maturana is a Board Member at LINQ and a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, providing coaching for leadership performance. Other contributions include co-founding MissBabysitter, serving as a lecturer at CESINE Centro Universitario, and acting as an ambassador for Women EIT to promote inclusive leadership. Maturana's extensive experience spans business development, coaching, and mentoring across several organizations, including Eptisa and ICEX, with a strong academic background in international business management and coaching.
