Izarne Arrigain Azcona

Izarne Arrigain Azcona has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at EITB since May 2017, overseeing the HR department of the group. Prior to this role, Izarne worked at STEF-TFE from June 2011 to May 2017, managing HR for seven platforms in the Northern region. Additionally, Izarne held the HR Manager position at DHL from January 2007 to June 2011, providing support in personnel management to achieve business objectives. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager for Grupo Norte between March 2004 and December 2006, where responsibilities encompassed organizational, operational, and commercial direction within the Basque Country. Academic qualifications include a degree in Law from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and a Master's in Labor Consulting, complemented by the Euskal Gaitasun Agiria (E.G.A.) certification.
