Javier Rivero Yarza is an experienced culinary professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as a socio fundador at AMA since May 2018 and a collaborator at EITB since April 2022, where involvement includes co-presenting "Gastronomadak" and contributing to "Nos echamos a la calle." As a freelance chef under the name Javi Rivero since January 2014, projects include collaboration on campaigns such as “la comida no se tira.” Javier's prior experience includes roles in research and development at Ameztoi Anaiak S.L. and as a chef at ELKANO and abastos 2.0. Javier holds a degree from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, having studied at the Basque Culinary Center, complemented by a technical degree in sound from escivi.
