Flemming Hjorth

Flemming Hjorth has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Flemming started their career at Statoil as an Assistant Department Manager, where they led a phoner team and handled customer and market analysis. Flemming then joined Bang & Olufsen A/S, initially as a Production Engineer in aluminium metallurgy and later as an Assistant Project Manager, contributing to the development of automotive and video products.

Flemming then moved on to Fertin Pharma A/S, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and later as a Project Portfolio Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic development projects, M&A processes, and strategy development.

Flemming then joined Ørsted, where they held multiple roles, including Business Developer in the offshore wind sector and Project Manager for wind power concept and cross-portfolio development. In these roles, they focused on industrialization and logistics in the offshore wind farm construction field.

Flemming subsequently worked at A2SEA A/S as a Strategy Manager and later as the Head of Tenders & Contracts, where they managed complex value stream mapping and tender processes.

Before their current position, they served at C-bed Floating Hotels as a Senior Sales Executive, responsible for offshore wind contract negotiations, network maintenance, and marketing strategy implementation.

Currently, Flemming is involved in two companies. Flemming is the Vice President of Business Development at EIVA a/s, where they are driving rental expansion and new product releases. Additionally, they are the Acting CEO of EIVA a/s, overseeing the company's growth and development within the Covelya Group.

Recently, Flemming joined Zediment as the Adm. direktør, where they utilize advanced technology for sediment measurement and mapping. This technology helps optimize water companies' operations by providing precise and traceable data for business decision-making.

Flemming Hjorth obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemistry and Metallurgy from DTU - Technical University of Denmark during the period of 1995 to 2001. Flemming then pursued further education and earned a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Economics & Marketing from Handelshøjskolen Herning from 2002 to 2005. Flemming Hjorth's educational journey began at Hobro Gymnasium where they studied Mathematics from 1989 to 1992.
