Jaime Maldonado

Jaime Maldonado is an accomplished winemaker with extensive experience in the wine industry. Currently serving as a winemaker at E J Gallo since July 2019, Jaime has advanced through the ranks from assistant winemaker to associate winemaker. Notable contributions include participation in the Chile harvest abroad in April 2022. Prior to E J Gallo, Jaime held the position of winemaking intern at Bear Creek Winery in late 2018 and worked as a cellar supervisor at the same establishment from 2006 to 2014. Jaime's formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California, Davis, completed between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, Jaime gained experience as a sparkling winemaking intern during an internship at E J Gallo.
