James Dawes is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the intellectual property sector. Currently serving as the Consultant and Head of Patent & Trademark Attorney Recruitment at EJ Legal since September 2023, James specializes in sourcing talent for both Patent and Trade Mark positions across the UK. Prior to this role, James held various positions, including Intellectual Property Executive Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant at Aspire Recruitment Consultancy from February 2003 to September 2023. James began the career at Retail Human Resources plc as a Recruitment Consultant from June 2000 to January 2003. Academically, James earned a 2:1 Honours degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Brunel University London between 1992 and 1995, following an education at Stratford-upon-Avon High School from 1985 to 1992.
