Ričard Dechtiarenko possesses a diverse background in project management and experimentation, currently serving as the Head of Experimentation (CRO) at Ejam Inc. Previous roles include Project Owner, Web Product Lead, and CRO & Project Manager at Kilo Health, as well as experience as a Personal Trainer at Lemon Gym. Ričard also has a hospitality work experience background from Work and Travel - USA and has held positions as a Junior Associate and Legal Intern at ECOVIS ProventusLaw. Ričard holds a Master's degree in Electronic Business Management from Mykolas Romeris University, obtained between 2021 and 2023, and completed education at CXL from September 2021 to April 2022.
