Agata Gelaberto

Agata Gelaberto has extensive experience in executive roles across various sectors, currently serving as Conferenciante and Vicepresidenta at EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s since May 2018, in addition to codirecting the Programa Consejer@s EJE&CON. Gelaberto also works at Idilia Foods in Innovation and New Business and holds the position of Vice-President at Asociación Microtia España. Previously, Gelaberto co-founded and served as CEO of Regenear, focusing on biotechnological advancements in facial cartilage regeneration. Gelaberto's earlier career at Danone spanned nearly two decades, where responsibilities included New Business and Retail Manager, Marketing Manager, and Innovation Brand Manager, leading various product developments and launch initiatives. Gelaberto's academic background includes an MBA in Marketing from Esade and a degree in Chemical Engineering from IQS.
