Begoña Tiscar

Begoña Tiscar serves as the Head of R&D for the Main Line Area at Siemens Mobility, a position held since August 2013, where leadership roles included overseeing product development and managing international teams on complex railway projects. In addition, Begoña holds key positions such as the General Secretary of the Railway Innovation Hub and Vice President of EJE&CON, promoting women's representation in executive roles. Begoña is also a co-leader of the Communication Committee at the Cluster Big Data Madrid, and the founder of FeMale Voice in Mobility. Previous experience includes managing safety initiatives at Invensys Rail Dimetronic and involvement with international safety standards development. Educational achievements include programs at The London School of Economics and Esade, focusing on executive leadership for women.
